The Legal Executive will work with the rest of the legal team to structure, negotiate, draft and review agreements necessary for the production and exhibition of films and series, draft and review agreements required for provision of services in the hospitality industry, ensure compliance with entertainment and hospitality industry licenses and regulations and provide legal advisory and rescarch services to the other members of the
Company.
The successful candidate will also be required to work directly with the CEO on
occasion and may be required to take minutes of meetings, organize meetings and travel itinerary, reply emails and answer phone calls. The ideal candidate should be 1-3 years post call-to-bar with 1-2 years of experience, have a passion for intellectual property and entertainment law, have an interest in legal representation within the film industry, be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and most Google Apps
