About the job
⁃ minimum of 4 year’s experience developing and marketing financial products, experience with payments and collection products will be an edge
⁃ Degree or equivalent qualified
⁃ Must have experience in merchant and/or agent acquisition
⁃ Must be experienced in organising, deploying and managing field sales teams
⁃ Must be able to work with multi-functional teams
⁃ Must be a self-starter that is self-driven and motivated to achieve results
⁃ Must be able to implement key Agile / SCRUM ceremonies where appropriate, ensuring you are the key driver of requirement prioritization & pace of delivery
⁃ Writing and communicating requirements and relevant documentation and supporting the team throughout the delivery process. You can communicate fluently, orally and in writing, and can present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
⁃ The HIP will be the “creator” of innovative products and he/she must ensure that the business not only develops market-leading products and services but also succeed in the market
