We are looking for a Global Director of Client Experience to join our growing Customer Experience team. This position is fully remote. This full-time position will be responsible for leading the client service operational teams globally.
At its core, this position will oversee day-to-day operations and will have responsibility over service delivery strategy. This role will interface with client groups, the client experience team, and internal stakeholders responsible for the service delivery of our client’s supported employees around the globe. This role calls for someone who has customer service excellence to their core, where wearing multiple hats is key to success. The right candidate should also enjoy collaborative working relationships with team members, other departments, and peers.
